Mercedes-Benz S- CLass, C-Class – Advanced Brake Control Systems (ABS, ASR, ESP) – Software Focused
As part of Daimler’s embedded software team, I played a key role in the functional development and calibration of ABS, ASR, and ESP systems for the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
I worked closely with internal software architects to design control algorithms that met the highest standards of vehicle dynamics, safety, and comfort. The project was conducted under ISO 26262 (ASIL C), with systematic use of FMEA, fault injection, and simulation-based validation. I contributed to MMI logic development and the refinement of user-perceivable brake behaviors. Deliverables were managed via Agile methodology, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and OEM compliance gates.
